We generally repair EPSON-POS printers (except TM-Intelligent series) and ColorWorks TM-C3400 / 3500 at a fixed flat rate. In addition to the work performed, the flat rate also includes all spare parts required for the repair. The prices can be found in the table below.

In case the actual repair costs will far exceed the flat rate and a repair appears to be uneconomical, we can offer you the following options:

  • • We would be happy to advise you on the purchase of an alternative device.
  • • We will send your device back to you unrepaired.
  • • We will dispose of your device in an environmentally friendly manner and free of charge.

Before repair, we will prepare an estimate for you or you can give us a cost limit.

The error detection and troubleshooting to calculate an estimate will be charged with 29,75 € incl. VAT. but only if you decide against a repair afterwards. Please see the table below for other costs.

The customer bears the shipping costs for return transport.
For an immediate repair (without making an appointment) in our business premises or on site, we charge an express surcharge of 30% on the work performed.

It is best to send us the completed repair form in advance by email or fax (form to fill in at your computer or to print). Make sure your device is securely packaged for transportation.
